MEGA LIVE STOCK FARMERS hereby certifies that All of our Cattle, Goats, sheep, birds(Emu and Ostriches) have a complete written health guarantee!
We guarantee that there are no symptoms of disease or parasites at the time of sale/shipping and that our Livestock/birds are completely healthy. This means that our livestock/birds are free of viral infections, pathogenic bacterial infections, fungal infections, and congenital defects. We do not put an artificial time limit on our guarantee. If one of our Cattle, Goats, sheep, birds(Emu and Ostriches) becomes ill or expires after the sale and the illness or congenital defect was present in our animal/bird prior to its being sold, we will replace the said animal/bird or refund the money paid for the animal/bird. THERE IS NO BETTER GUARANTEE! We do bacterial cultures in our Ranches/nursery on every animal/bird chick respectively and culture our animals/birds prior to shipment. We do not consider a slight growth of gram negative bacteria post-shipping to be disease but recognize that this is a stress-related reaction to being shipped. Please ask us for details regarding our guarantee if there is something you do not understand.
We do NOT take our Livestock to public exhibitions therefore our livestock are NOT exposed to animals from other facilities.
We are serious about the health of all our animals and do everything possible to provide proper nutrition and veterinary supervision to ensure that you will receive the healthiest animals/farm birds possible from us!
We guarantee that all our animals and birds will be free of disease when shipped. If an animal should become ill, we must be notified within twenty-four hours of onset of symptoms. All animals/birds are shipped without any physical defect unless it is fully disclosed at the time the order is placed or before the animal or bird is delivered/shipped. The buyer has the right to refuse an animal or bird that develops any problem/defect during hand-rearing. Any situation of this sort would be discussed and agreed upon prior to shipping.

If an animal/bird becomes ill, it must be seen by a veterinarian within 24 hours of the first onset of symptoms and we must be notified and given the veterinarian’s name and telephone number within the same time frame. If an animal/bird should die, it must be submitted to an avian veterinarian for autopsy/necropsy and histology within 24 hours of death. It must be kept refrigerated but not frozen. We are not responsible for any airfreight charges nor veterinary charges after animal/birds leave our facility.
